There is no free trial, but your first VPS comes with a money-back guarantee: if within 72 hours of server activation you decide the service is not right for you, you can request a refund.

Actually incurred costs of processing and returning the payment, of no more than 5% of the payment amount, may be deducted from the refund.

We recommend paying for a server for 1 month first. You can change the billing period later through support.

Yes. For your first VPS, you can request a refund within 72 hours of its activation. This guarantee is provided once.

After the 72-hour period, refunds for fully or partially used billing periods are not provided. If the service has been paid in advance for several periods, you can get a refund for full unused periods. In the event of early termination of the service, a discount granted for a longer billing term may be recalculated based on the period actually used.

Actually incurred non-refundable payment processing costs, of no more than 5% of the payment amount, may be deducted from the refund.

These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

No, automatic renewal of the server subscription is not implemented.

If the invoice is not paid, the server will be suspended for 7 days from the end of the paid period. After 7 days, the server will be deleted.

If you have payment issues but want to keep the server, contact support.
