We don't provide a trial period for testing the server. We recommend paying for 1 month first; later you can change the billing period to 3, 6, or 12 months by contacting support.

For a server paid for 1 month, refunds are not provided. For a subscription paid for a longer period, a refund is possible for full, unused months. <br/><br/> You can review our refund policy on our website

No, automatic renewal of the server subscription is not implemented. <br/><br/> Five days before the end of the paid period, you will receive an invoice by email to pay for the next period. To extend your server subscription, you need to pay the invoice within 7 days of receiving it. <br/><br/> If the invoice is not paid, the server will be suspended for 7 days from the end of the paid period. After 7 days, the server will be deleted. <br/><br/> If you have payment issues but want to keep the server, contact support.
