Terms of Service

Effective date: October 2, 2026

1. General Provisions

This Terms of Service agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the use of Amnezia Hosting services available through the website amnezia.host, the client area and related infrastructure (the “Service”).

The Service is provided by AIMor LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, registration number 264.110.1229448, registered address: 2 Avetis Aharonyan Street, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia (the “Provider”).

By registering an account, purchasing or using the Services, the User agrees to this Agreement and the Refund and Compensation Policy. The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

2. Services

The Service provides hosting services and related infrastructure, including virtual servers, computing resources and technical support.

The main characteristics, price, billing period and other essential terms of the selected Service are shown on the website or during checkout before payment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the User is solely responsible for installing, configuring, administering and backing up the software and data on their servers.

The Provider may develop and modify the Service. Changes must not unreasonably degrade a Service that has already been paid for. The User is notified of material changes in the cases and manner required by applicable law.

3. Account

The User must provide accurate information required to create and maintain an account and keep their contact details up to date.

The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all actions performed using their account, except in cases of unauthorised access caused by the Provider.

If the User suspects that their account has been compromised, they must contact support immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

The Service must not be used for illegal activities or activities that may harm the Service, other users or third parties.

In particular, the Services must not be used for:

• distributing malware, spam, phishing or fraudulent messages;
• DDoS attacks or other actions intended to disrupt networks and systems;
• unauthorised scanning, credential brute-forcing or attempts to gain access to third-party systems;
• hosting or distributing illegal content;
• infringing intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties;
• using resources in a way that poses a significant threat to the security or stability of the infrastructure;
• any other activity that violates applicable law or mandatory requirements applicable to the Provider.

The Provider may take reasonable measures to prevent abuse and protect its infrastructure.

The User represents and warrants that they are not subject to applicable EU sanctions and are not purchasing or using the Service, directly or indirectly, on behalf of or for the benefit of any sanctioned person or entity. The User shall not use the Service in violation of applicable restrictive measures. Where the Provider has reasonable grounds to suspect a violation of applicable sanctions laws, it may request additional information, temporarily restrict access to the Service, or terminate the Service.

5. Use of Resources

Virtual servers run on shared infrastructure, the resources of which may be allocated among multiple users on a fair use basis.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Service description, CPU and network resources may be shared. The stated network connection speed is the maximum available speed and may depend on the current load on the infrastructure and external networks.

Resource usage is considered excessive if it significantly exceeds the normal use of the relevant Service, interferes with other users, or poses a threat to the security or stability of the infrastructure.

In such cases, the Provider may take reasonable technical measures, including temporarily limiting CPU, disk or network resources, or suspending the Service until the cause is eliminated.

Where practicable, the User is notified of such measures. If immediate action is required to protect the infrastructure or other users, notice may be given after the relevant measures have been taken.

6. Payment

Unless otherwise stated, the Services are provided on a prepaid basis.

The price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes and other essential terms are shown to the User before the order is confirmed.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Such providers may apply their own fees or currency conversion rules.

Failure to pay for the Service on time may result in its suspension or termination. After the Service is terminated, data on the server may be permanently deleted, so the User is responsible for backing up their data.

Refund terms are governed by the Refund and Compensation Policy.

7. Service Availability

The Provider takes reasonable measures to ensure stable and secure operation of the Service but does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free.

Temporary unavailability may occur, in particular, due to maintenance, updates, outages, actions of third parties, problems with external networks, or circumstances beyond the Provider’s reasonable control.

8. User Content and Data

The User is responsible for the data, software and other materials that they host or process using the Service.

The Provider does not carry out general ongoing monitoring of the content of Users’ servers.

The Provider may take action regarding specific content or activity if necessary to comply with the law, fulfil a mandatory request from a competent authority, protect the Service, or enforce this Agreement.

Reports of allegedly illegal content or abuse may be sent to abuse@amnezia.host.

Where required by applicable law, the Provider informs the affected User of the reasons for the restriction imposed and the available means of appeal.

9. Suspension and Termination of Services

The Provider may restrict, suspend or terminate the provision of the Service in the event of:

• a material or repeated breach of the Agreement;
• illegal use of the Service;
• a threat to the security or stability of the infrastructure;
• non-payment;
• the need to comply with a mandatory requirement of the law or a competent authority.

In urgent cases, measures may be taken without prior notice.

The User may cancel the Service at any time. Eligibility for a refund is determined by the Refund and Compensation Policy and mandatory law.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or loss of data arising in connection with the use of the Service.

The Provider’s aggregate liability for claims relating to a particular Service is limited to the amount paid for that Service for the period to which the claim relates.

This section does not limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes to the Agreement

The Provider may update the Agreement from time to time.

The current version is published on the website with its effective date. Users are notified of material changes in the cases required by applicable law.

Changes do not affect rights that the User acquired before their effective date, unless otherwise provided by law.
